Traci Tyne HiltonTraci Tyne Hilton coverMany readers know Isaac Daniel’s from The Plain Jane Mysteries. It’s been a year, so I don’t think it’s a spoiler anymore, but things didn’t work out with Jane.

But God still had a good plan for his life, even if it didn’t look a thing like what he had hoped for, and was all the way out in the tiny little farming community of Brunn Vatten, Sweden, at a little Bible School called Tillgiven.

Dani Honeywell, the 19 year old unschooled girl from the Wallowa Mountains in Oregon wasn’t what Isaac was looking for either, but when she disappeared he knew he had to have her, no matter how hard she was to find.

Here are a few fun facts about the lovebirds.

  • What’s the most romantic thing Isaac has ever done for you, Dani?

We’re in the early days still, but I’d say sleeping in the car so I could have the hotel room was the most romantic thing. She definitely appreciated it!

  • What’s the most romantic thing your heroine ever did for your hero?

That same weekend when Isaac slept in the car so Dani could have the hotel room– they were working very hard to maintain appropriate boundaries (hard to do when you’ve run away from Bible school together and are gallivanting around France!)—Dani gave over her room to Isaac in the morning so he could have a shower. She waiting downstairs having breakfast. Very appropriate. And very appreciated, considering the number of days and nights they had been on the road without a bathroom!

  • Where is the most romantic place your hero and heroine have ever been?

Definitely Nice, France. Not the police station, which they saw a little too much of, but the beach. Though, with the advice of the police still ringing in her ears, I don’t think they are headed back there anytime soon!

  • What is your heroine’s favorite romantic vacation destination?

Gretna Green. The best place in Europe to elope to.

  • How soon after meeting the heroine did the hero know she was the one?

He can deny it all he wants, but one look into those big, green eyes of hers, and it was all over.

  • What is the most caring thing your hero has ever done for your heroine?

Chase her across Europe to keep her safe.

  • What is the most caring thing your heroine has ever done for your hero?

This would be in the work in progress, rather than the first book in the series, but she does a good job taking care of him when he sees his first dead body, something she is far more equipped to deal with than he is.

  • If you hero and heroine end up married, where will they go on their honeymoon?

He would expect to go somewhere tropical and traditional. She would pick Sweden—somewhere close to the Bible school where they met, fell in love, and still live. She’s a homebody at heart, and has picked Brunn Vatten, Sweden as her home.
