Laura JacksonWorth the Wait by Laura Jackson

  •        Are you open to your own romance?

Yes, I’ve been praying for my future husband since I was a teenager, which was a LONG time ago.

  •         What’s the number one quality you’d require in a mate?

Loves Jesus

  •         What’s the number two quality you’d require in a mate?

Kindness

  •          Where is the best place you can think of to find a mate?

Church would be ideal because I want a man who loves Jesus first and me second. But, I hear the grocery store is a great place to meet men. Who knows why, but I haven’t had any success there.

  •           What type of features are you attracted to?

I like manly men. Rugged and strong. Rough hands. But, every once in a while, I may want to see him in a suit.

  •           What would be a reason to end a potential romance for you?

Cheating. Or if he were a Laker fan. (Just kidding…maybe.)

  •          Where do you dream of getting married?

Under an oak tree. Maybe early evening with twinkling lights hanging from the branches.

    Thanks for the comments, everyone.
Abbi, doesn’t it? I was driving around with a few friends looking at Christmas lights, and some of the huge houses with gorgeous trees had lights on the limbs and hanging down. Gave me the idea. 🙂

  • Hello Laura. Sounds good. So it is ok for 16 and 17 year olds who are christians? I love the idea of the tree with lights. But, I don’t like to stand under trees especially late day for I would be watching for spiders to drop down. 🙂 Really! Would like to win it as a gift. Thanks.
Hi Shannon. Thanks for having laura here and the give-away. Maxie

  • Laura Jackson says:

Maxie, you now have me worried about spiders! Ha!
Yes, 16 and 17 would be the target audience. There is talk of sex, underage drinking, etc, but all from a Christian point of view.

  • I loved learning Laura’s dreams of Mr. Right! Under an oak tree at early evening sounds like a lovely setting for a wedding!
